HOW TO USE THIS CATALOG
This Catalog of Services is incorporated by reference into your Work Order and defines the scope of services included in your subscription. In the event of any conflict between this Catalog and your Work Order, the Work Order shall govern. Service descriptions herein represent standard deliverables; specific quantities and frequencies are determined by your selected subscription tier.
BASE SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Harness offers three core subscription plans to meet the diverse needs of non-profit organizations:
PLAN INCLUSIONS
ONBOARDING & SERVICE DELIVERY MODEL
All Harness services subscriptions begin with a structured onboarding process designed to align our team with your organization's goals, systems, and priorities. This process is completed within the first 30-45 days of your contract.
Phase 1: Kickoff Meeting
Introduction to your Harness team, identification of key decision-makers and points of contact, establishment of meeting cadence, and overview of your organization's broad goals.Strategic guidance and consultation to help align your organization's goals, infrastructure, and fundraising initiatives.
Phase 2: Integration Session
Working session with our Operations team to connect your systems (social media, email service provider, CRM, financial systems) to the Harness platform for efficient program management.
Phase 3: Strategy Workshop
Deep-dive discovery session to understand your organization's capabilities, current programs, fundraising history, and goals. This session provides Harness with the information needed to develop your customized strategic recommendations.
Phase 4: Strategy Delivery
Presentation of your 12-month strategic plan, organized by quarter, with specific initiatives mapped to your organization's priorities. Your Account Manager will present this plan for your review and approval.
Phase 5: Ongoing Engagement
Following onboarding, your Account Manager will meet with you every other week to implement your strategy and execute on deliverables, including any add-on quarterly initiatives and premium fundraising services, with additional ad hoc meetings scheduled as needed.
1. OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
Service Overview: Initial and ongoing operational support to assist your organization in streamlined onboarding and Harness platform management.
- Foundational Harness Dashboard Set Up: Harness will create a foundational fundraising page, text-to-give keyword and QR code to support immediate fundraising efforts.
- Platform Management: Harness will deliver a "white-glove" experience serving as the Client's designated platform manager for all actions and activities associated within the Harness dashboard.
- Harness will access and manage mailing for clients if they are using Mailchimp or Constant Contact. Harness will not manage any other mailing systems
- Harness does not create/operate within/manage your CRM or any tools outside of social media/your emailer. If your organization uses a CRM with a built-in/integrated emailer, Harness will provide you content to create in your CRM/mailer.
- Managed Integrations: Harness will recommend, guide, and connect your organization to connect CRM, Accounting, and Email Service Providers with the Harness platform to ensure Harness information is shared with your platforms. Not all services are available for integration.
- Bulk Upload Contacts: Harness will collaborate with the NPO to upload formatted Excel documents of contacts organizations would like to upload into Harness to utilize Harness’ text messaging service.
- Ongoing Platform Support: Harness will provide NPO 24/7 access to our DIY Help Center + unlimited access to our live chat support agents during business hours - Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST
2. STRATEGIC COUNSEL
Service Overview: Strategic guidance and consultation to help align your organization's goals, infrastructure, and fundraising initiatives.
- Foundation Analysis: Harness will conduct a comprehensive analysis of your organization’s mission, fundraising history, fundraising goals, fundraising channels, and operational capacity to gain insight that will allow us to provide personalized infrastructure and fundraising support.
- Annual Plan: Harness will provide an annual fundraising calendar of priorities, high-level goals, success measurements, and targeted donor personas.
- Marketing Calendar: Harness will provide a marketing content calendar featuring social, email, and text content and designs, with relevant timelines.
3. FUNDRAISING & MARKETING SUPPORTIVE SERVICES
QUARTERLY CAMPAIGN
Service Overview: Harness will provide strategic counsel, fundraising, graphic design, and marketing supportive services to support the execution of one fundraising campaign per quarter. This begins with a full onboarding process which allows Harness better to understand your organization and goals for the upcoming year. Execution of strategy and campaigns begins after the onboarding process is completed, generally within 30-45 days of contract signing.

- Campaign Creative: Harness will produce campaign content and creative designs to promote the fundraising campaign to key stakeholders and the general public. Creative assets include: Digital primary banner design/image, branded QR code, social media design, digital flyer design, digital newsletter design. All designs are produced with the digital audience in mind, but can easily be repurposed by the client for print assets.
- Campaign Promotion: Harness will collaborate with the Client to promote 1 fundraising campaign or event per quarter tailored to meet the Client’s specific funding needs through 3 digital channels - email, social media (exclusive to Facebook/Meta, Instagram and LinkedIn), and SMS/texts.
- Email - Includes the creation & distribution of email purpose, layout, designs and content in collaboration with the NPO with key areas of content focus around fundraising initiative awareness, CTA and/or stewardship (testimonial, story, etc). Emails can be exclusively dedicated to a fundraising initiative or targeted audience.
- Email Newsletter - Includes the creation & distribution of layout, designs and content in collaboration with the NPO with the key intention of providing your email subscribers comprehensive updates on the latest notables concerning your organization & mission (ex: upcoming events, letter from the ED, client testimonial, volunteer spotlight, specific donation appeals, announcements, etc)
- Social Media - Includes the creation & distribution of static (no videos) content and graphic designs across Facebook/Meta, Instagram and LinkedIn
- SMS -Pending your verification with our texting provider, we will support the creation and distribution of SMS text messages through the Harness dashboard, which can each include up to 150 characters & 1 thumbnail graphic or photo to drive engagement (700x700 px)
4. PREMIUM FUNDRAISING / MARKETING SUPPORT SERVICES
The Harness Growth Team plan and the Harness Total Team plan include ONE OF THESE SERVICES PER QUARTER.
Service Overview: Harness will recommend/client will have the ability to choose one of the Premium Fundraising / Marketing Support Services per quarter
- Direct Mail Design Support: Harness collaborates with the NPO to strategize the direct mail asset’s purpose and create the content and design of the direct mail assets. Harness does not currently coordinate with/provide printing services.
- Google Ads for Nonprofits Management: Leverage Google's $10,000 monthly ad grant to reach new supporters. Harness provides set up and ongoing optimization support in account setup, ad creation, and ongoing optimization to drive acquisition and awareness. Important Note: Google Ads run through the Google Ad Grant require a 2-month minimum lead-up period to begin seeing the best ROI, due to the nature of where Google places Ads funded through the Grant, and the need to use extensive time-dependent testing to identify the best performing language & materials.
- Custom Donor Stewardship Support: Harness collaborates with the NPO to identify up to 5 max donor audiences (ex: major donors) to create personalized stewardship content limited to 1 personalized email template, 1 personalized phone call template, 1 personalized letter template, 1 personalized text message template per donor persona and stewardship sequence plan. Harness will support the execution of bulk email and text stewardship.
- Custom Campaign Landing Page: Harness builds one professional Duda landing page highlighting your quarterly fundraising priority (ex: campaign/event) with a mobile-responsive design, integrated donation processing, and performance tracking capabilities that can be shared independently or linked to your organization’s website.
- Wealth Screening: Harness collaborates with NPO to identify 50 high-capacity major donor prospects. Each screening includes a full prospect profile, giving capacity estimate, philanthropic history analysis, real estate holdings, and business affiliations.
- Website Audit & Recommendations: Harness will conduct a comprehensive website audit to identify opportunities and share recommendations on how to optimize the donor experience. You will have an actionable list of areas of focus and improvement that your team can work on.
5. ADDITIONAL SERVICES / ADD-ON SERVICES
Some specialized services can be added to any subscription plan for an additional fee or are included in the Harness Total Team plan.
The Harness Total Team plan includes ONE OF THESE SERVICES PER QUARTER.
ADD-ON SERVICE DETAILS
WEBSITE REBUILD
Service Overview: Collaborate with the NPO to provide guidance and development of a strategic, user-friendly website that effectively communicates your mission, engages visitors, and drives meaningful action. This full-service partnership transforms your digital presence from basic information sharing into a robust fundraising and engagement tool through systematic discovery, professional design, and strategic content development. From initial wireframing to launch and training, this service ensures your website becomes a 24/7 ambassador for your organization.
What's Included:
- Strategic planning and audience analysis
- Website strategy overview and content specifications
- Interactive visual wireframe for all pages
- Professional homepage design options (3 variations)
- Content strategy and navigation design
- Complete site content specifications
- Functional website built in a user-friendly Harness-hosted platform
- Launch coordination and domain transfer
- Comprehensive training program with recorded sessions
- Access to the completed website for ongoing edits and enhancements
What's Not Included: Harness does not provide the following:
- Custom coding or development outside the Duda platform
- Custom integrations beyond Duda's native capabilities
- Brand identity redesign (logo, brand guidelines, etc.)
What to Expect: Your organization will complete a detailed assessment survey and participate in strategy meetings to define website goals and structure. You'll provide existing content/images, and collaborate with our team to develop final website copy, then review wireframes and design options within the required approval timeframes. During the build phase, you'll conduct website testing and provide feedback, coordinate domain transfer logistics, and participate in comprehensive platform training for collaborative website management.
NETWORK EXPANSION SUPPORT
Service Overview: Collaborate with the NPO to identify and grow your reach of contacts and potential supporters through comprehensive assessments, strategic recommendations, and templatized communication and management frameworks easy to maintain and expand.
What's Included
- Comprehensive contacts audit session(s)
- Project tracker for contacts & channel management & analysis
- An additional 4 social media posts/month specific to contact sign up/engagement (Ex: sign up for our e-newsletter)
- Welcome Email series (3 emails max), converting new subscribers to first-time donors
- Strategic recommendations for contact engagement beyond Welcome Email series
- Optional: Support NPO with a professional Duda landing page to boost contact capture & engagement
What's Not Included: Harness does not provide the following:
- Purchasing, renting, or providing third-party email lists
- Direct, 1:1 outreach to potential donors on your behalf
- Paid advertising or sponsored content campaigns
What to Expect: Your organization will leverage existing digital foundations through a comprehensive contacts assessment and provide admin access to current platforms (social media, email, analytics). You'll collaborate with our team to define network growth goals and priorities that will guide Harness recommendations and deliverables.
During the engagement, you'll provide brand assets and existing contact data then review and approve campaign strategies and custom project deliverables.
Your team will provide feedback during strategy sessions, participate actively in all training sessions, and establish internal ownership for contact engagement post-quarter to implement the optimization roadmap with provided resources.
EVENT SUPPORT
Service Overview: Ideally, this initiative is selected 3-6 months before your event to allow proper time for planning and execution. Harness will collaborate with the NPO to provide NPO event driver support in strategizing revenue opportunities, supporting the project management of event planning, creation of event fundraising assets, and execution of pre & post event fundraising bulk communications.

What's Not Included: Harness does not provide the following:
- Lists of potential sponsors
- Direct calls or 1:1 emails to sponsors/ticket buyers
- Attendance at or leadership of event committee meetings
- Management of third-party vendors (e.g., food & beverage, printers) or NPO staff/board members
What to Expect: Your organization will participate in dedicated event planning meetings, review and approve creative assets within required timeframes. You'll execute stakeholder coordination, implement sponsor outreach and registration campaigns and provide updates through our project tracker and meetings. Your team will handle all aspects of venue, vendor, committee, volunteer coordination, offline revenue contributions, sponsorship follow-ups, day-of-event executions, and share final attendance and revenue data with Harness for analysis.
Major Donor / Corporate Partner Support
Service Overview: Design, build, and launch an integrated major donor and corporate partnership program tailored to your organization's capacity, donor base, and strategic goals. This service provides strategic guidance to help nonprofit organizations transform relationship-based giving from ad-hoc interactions into systematic, sustainable revenue programs through rigorous donor analysis, customized program design, and coordinated activation support. Unlike approaches that treat individual major donors and corporate partners as separate tracks, our integrated methodology builds a unified gift chart and recognition framework that accommodates both audiences—maximizing efficiency while creating clear pathways for cultivation and stewardship.
What's Included:
- Donor database analysis with capacity scoring and retention metrics
- Major gift capacity analysis with prioritized prospect identification (existing)
- Customized gift range chart with tiered giving levels
- Recognition framework with tier naming and benefits structure
- Stewardship plan with systematic touchpoints and relationship protocols
- Professionally designed case for support materials
- New prospect research and detailed profiles for 25 (new) priority prospect recommendations
- Individual cultivation plans for 5-10 highest-priority prospects
- Outreach templates, including email scripts, call talking points, and meeting request language
What's Not Included: Harness does not provide the following:
- Direct asks or solicitation calls on your behalf
- Attendance at donor meetings, cultivation events, or site visits
- Guaranteed fundraising outcomes or donation amounts
- Ongoing major donor relationship management beyond initial cultivation plans
- External wealth screening services (analysis uses your existing database; screening can be added separately)
What to Expect: Your organization will provide existing donor data exports, board member lists with professional affiliations, and relationship insights that inform our analysis and prospect prioritization. You'll participate in program design sessions, review and approve deliverables, including gift charts, recognition tiers, and case messaging within required timeframes, then collaborate on cultivation strategies for priority prospects. Your team will execute cultivation activities using our systematic frameworks, implement coordinated launch activities with stakeholder-driven direct outreach, digital marketing, and direct mail campaigns, and track progress through the provided management tools
GRANT SUPPORT
Service Overview: Collaborate with the NPO to provide strategic, project tracking & execution support with the goal to increase securing grant funding by aligning organizational needs with high-value opportunities and streamlining application processes. Harness provides research-backed recommendations, professional application materials and strategic guidance throughout the application process, but does not complete grant applications on your behalf.
What's Included:
- Grant discovery workshop and strategic assessment
- Grant prospect tracker with up to 25 researched opportunities
- Professional Letter of Interest template
- Funder-specific LOI versions (3-5 tailored letters)
- Competitive application support and strategic review for 2 key grants
- Regular strategic counsel sessions to support grant prospect engagement
What's Not Included: Harness does not provide the following:
- Grant writing or completion of full applications
- Post-award grant reporting or compliance support
- Guaranteed grant outcomes or funding amounts
What to Expect: Your organization will complete detailed questionnaires and participate in strategy workshop calls, then gather foundational documents, including IRS determination letters and budgets. You'll validate our prospect recommendations, prioritize competitive opportunities, and approve Letter of Interest templates. Your team will execute LOI outreach to approved prospects, complete competitive grant applications with our strategic guidance, and participate in monthly check-ins while providing timely feedback on funder responses.
BOARD ENGAGEMENT SUPPORT
Service Overview: Partner with nonprofit leadership to strengthen board-staff dynamics, improve board meeting effectiveness, and establish sustainable engagement practices. This service equips executive directors and development staff with frameworks, tools, and coaching to build productive board relationships, set clear fundraising expectations, gain alignment on organizational priorities, and transform board members from passive oversight into active ambassadors and advocates.
What's Included:
- Initial board assessment with NPO champion
- Board infrastructure education with NPO champion
- Board fundraising expectation-setting toolkit OR Onboarding Packet Development for New Board Members
- Board presentation assets
- Communication templates to & for Board
- Champion-led board presentation rehearsal and feedback session
- 3 Strategic sessions with NPO champion and a single Board Member
What's Not Included: Harness does not provide the following:
- Building a new Board
- Attendance at Board meetings
- Direct counsel to Board members
- Mediation of board-staff conflicts or board member performance conversations
- Recruitment, vetting, or recommendation of board candidates
- Drafting of board policies, bylaws, or governance documents requiring legal review
What to Expect: Your organization will designate a primary champion (typically ED or Development Director) to participate in all sessions and implement recommendations. You'll complete a board assessment call with your Account Manager, share relevant context on current board dynamics and challenges, and identify priority areas for support.
Throughout the engagement, you'll collaborate with Harness to customize template assets and practice presenting recommendations before taking them to your board. Your champion will be responsible for all direct board communication, meeting facilitation, and implementation of new practices using the frameworks and tools provided.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Service Modifications:
- Harness reserves the right to modify service offerings with 30 days notice
- Additional services outside the selected subscription plan may require a separate Work Order
Package Selection:
- Clients select a BASE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE (Build Team, Growth Team, or Total Team) as their base service package
- ADDITIONAL SERVICES can be added to any plan for additional fees (one ADDITIONAL SERVICE per quarter is included in the Total Team plan)
Work Order Process:
- Work Orders will specify the chosen subscription plan and any additional services
- Terms and conditions, privacy policy, and detailed service descriptions are linked in the Work Order
